We needed an extra bedroom suite just for the Holidays. The Easyhome experience was fantastic. The store staff member was friendly and helpful. The delivery was right on time and exactly what I had ordered. The delivery people were fast and even set it all up for me. I recommend Easy home for your short term or rent to own needs.
I absolutely love this place! We just transferred from the Maple Ridge location and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Taylor is incredible. I don’t remember the other gentlemens name that I seen working at the front desk, but he’s incredible too! They are willing to work with you, find anything you need for a great price and they make sure you are always satisfied with your products and service. Hands down best location! I haven’t met Kristin yet, but by what I’ve been told, I am definitely looking forward to dealing with her as well!!! Great job Easyhome
Absolutely phenomenal customer service !! I desperately needed furniture-last minute for listing photos . Christine delivered the most amazing customer service. She sent photos of what was in inventory and had the furniture delivered the same day ! The delivery men did a great job Of setting up the furniture as quickly as possible, even moving it around for me to place it in the best position.From start to finish this was an extremely smooth process . The best customer service I have ever experienced ! You will not be disappointed!

Get staff very polite. Delivery is very quick explain everything throughly. Staff even set up my TV.
I have had nothing but good experiences with this location. The staff are friendly, accommodating and quick. Our tv broke and they were able to get us a new tv delivered right to our door within 3 hours of being in the store. I am beyond grateful for their kindness and efficiency.
I’ve been with Easy home Abbotsford for a few years now. The service is incredible, Christine has personality plus. She makes you feel welcome and goes out of her way to help you in every way Possible. The store is clean and the displays perfect. I always feel at home by all the staff. I shop there for the convenience ,and the delivery drivers all feel like old friends now. I appreciate how they contact you and keep you updated with new promotions and special offers.If I need something or just want something special all I have to do is pick up the phone and make a call and they make it happen. One of the best stores I’ve shopped at and will continue to shop at for a very long time. I look after special needs clients and the convenience and Quality of the service is second to none.
They have been FANTASTIC, love the service even though it's higher priced it works for what we needed and they helped us when we needed it. Highly recommend them. Great staff! Great customer service too, they exchanged my bed with no problem. Thank you Easy Home.
Amazing service from the entire staff. I switched out my living room set this week and they made it so easy! Absolutely thrilled with the new furniture Kristine helped me pick out and their delivery workers are always quick and careful with my items. Always my first go to when I am looking for something new.
Easy home has been the greatest experience for me and my family as it helps me be able to afford to buy my first washer and dryer payments paid off now have other items for my home and have never been happier the employees at easy home and Abbotsford are the greatest I would recommend them to all my friends and family
