Very disappointed Last Monday, March 4th, they changed my alternator. Before booking in, I walked in and asked about the price and availability. The girl on the reception told me $1661 hour for labor and the same price was posted on the wall for alternator change. After talking with the shop manager, I decided to bring my part from FGI because it was almost $200 cheaper that their. They took the truck in right away and started to work on it. Final bill was 1.8 hours + $21 shop supplies=$ 343 I went over it, happy that I'm back on the road, to discover broken terminal bolt just 300 km down the road. Called shop as soon as I could and shop foreman told me he don have a clue why the bill is so big and he's trying to walk away from broken bolt! Like if it was their part it wouldn't happen. Long story short, stay away from this place!

The staff and mechanics here are the best. We can't say enough about the excellent, friendly service that went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Anna in the parts department didn't stop until she located a replacement part for us and Shawn, the mechanic worked late on a Friday night so that we could be back on the road on Saturday. They epitomize service at it's BEST.

The first bad experience with this dealership. U people should stop overbooking and told lies to your customers Do you people realize that we the truckers need to book time off in advance to have repairs done? Do you realize that we don't move we don't make money? If you promise that the truck will get in and fix especially when the customer call in advance and ask about your availability STOP telling lies And about the arrogance of your staff in sevice department totally true

They tried to fix more than was necessary. Bought the truck there & it was over 4 hours between the time we called and it actually got into the shop. Then they wanted to replace parts that were still good

Arrogant staff. "You didnt purchase truck here so your our LAST priority. Wont bring it in until everyone else is done" Proven by fact it takes them TWO DAYS to do an oil change/service. Fyi. Truck is a PACLEASE. Its THEIR TRUCK! I wouldnt recomend buying anything or getting anything fixed here. Everyones short staffed everyones busy. Everyones got the same issues. Find somewhere they appreciate your business.

Seems like every time you bring my truck in for warranty work there always is something wrong with it not long after I get it back. They do fix the problem it goes in for. I reccomend not buying a peterbilt at all. For 100000 kms it shouldn't be having the issues its having.

I deal with Peterbilt often for my two trucks. The staff in the service department goes above and beyond to serve my business. The parts department is really great too.

I forget the field service techs name H.... that young man knows his stuff and is extremely helpful, definitely worth the rate!

Wanting a mask put on by customers but over half the staff either have no mask or wearing them improperly....ridiculous

I been visiting stahl peterbilt since 2015 and I always received excellent customer service and help from them. Sad Alex is not there anymore.
