Received excellent sales service for 2018 Subaru Outback Premier H-6.  Alex did an excellent job educating me on all the technical features of the vehicle, like connecting and using my iphone hands free and the media and navigation systems.  Service and Finance people were helpful.  The deal I received was extremely good.  I have wanted a new Outback H-6 for years, so I was very pleased to buy it from such caring and enthusiastic people who know the vehicle so well.  I was contacted after the sale to make sure everything was fine.  Top notch.

The crew at Subaru is awesome! They're all friendly and very interactive. I was helped by Rebecca Klunder. She is a fantastic sales consultant and she's very friendly. She definitely goes out of her way for outstanding customer service. If I am in need of another vehicle. I will definitely go back to Subaru. Thanks guys!

purchased a used car from gp subaru.. Rebecca and finance manager Derek helped me with the paper works .. They were very friendly and customer oriented.. The car had only one key which I noticed after reaching back home.. But they agreed to make the second key for me.. They made me feel that I'm important and that is good customer service..

A sincere and a fond return to service. Ms. Rebecca Klunder is a highly capable and talented sales consultant. It was the most wonderful experience we've simply had since coming to the region this past, December. We initially made contact through the service staff on our 11' sohc Forester. Let, me assure you, that, Jay in parts is the most passionate, Subaru, owner, I think I have come across and that the in house garage is more than capable. Let them assist you. 

Once winter had sorta lifted, we realized that we were ready for a new vehicle. I hadn't ever noticed, Rebecca, (incredibly sorry.) She however, had saw and remembered our, Forester. I mean, Subaru's, it's a community. We settled, on a, wrx. It was a particularly difficult request as it was a cvt. She had one in world rally blue delivered in a day and it was the most beautiful thing I think I had ever seen. Two weeks later we did business on a Sti for myself. Even if I only pretended to know how to drive   a manual box. She sorta willed me off the lot. A, "you swan, go on," moment.  So now we have twin scroll, and that big spool 2.5L that sounds almost as good as the 1990s felt. 

The only problem with, Rebecca, is she doesn't really know what a cassette player is and why I want to put one in my car so bad. I'm currently making her mixtapes and sending her, Colin McRae videos. 

I think she is a vital component of the, Grande Prairie Auto Group, and she only has good places to go in life. I hope you get to see what she can do for you and your family like what she did for ours. 

Derek Jansen is the man. He got off a plane and luggage in hand at 7:30 pm, during Game 7 of the, Buds and Bruins game comes in with no qualms to make sure I get to drive home. Cause on a whim i begged my wife at 3am and asked her if I could have a new car. I swear, i didn't know he was on vacation. Super sorry. Best guy.  

Jim Green and all the rest of the staff are simply just good dedicated people. You really can't do better for service and safety in a, Subaru. And I feel like that was a core component in doing business with, Rebecca. Thanks.
