Revolution Kia

I don't usually post reviews, but Jacquie Rourke is wonderful to work with! I shopped around quite a bit, and Jacquie was by far the best sales person that I met with. She put me at ease immediately, followed through, and provided me with all the information (and more) that I asked for. No one else I met with would provide numbers until I was willing to sign, but Jacquie was always upfront, honest, and I felt that she was working hard on my behalf. Unfortunately, I leased a vehicle somewhere else because of the make and model I wanted, but I really considered getting a Kia, or one of the affiliated car companies, just because I really liked working with Jacquie. 10/10 would recommend Jacquie even if you aren't interested in a Kia because the Revolution Auto Group provides multiple car brand options. That being said, I can't speak for everyone that works at Kia, but if they are as good as Jacquie then you'll have a great experience. I realize I'm rambling, but honestly, I could keep going on and on about how great Jacquie is and how good my experience at Kia was.

EXTREMELY friendly and competent staff! Went in with a friend for a trade in and they actually payed him more than his offer for his truck. Than the vehicle he went in to see was great but the one they sold him was newer had more features more room and they gave it to him at a better price! They went above and beyond to make sure everybody was well taken care of. There is no better place to buy a vehicle. We all got along so well with the staff we still keep in touch! I have never seen a more upstanding place in my life.

I've had fantastic service. Very welcoming abd friendly. They were more than willing to work around my work schedule. Bruce was my sales associate. He went above and beyond and was by far the best associate I had dealt with in my search for a new vehicle

I love these folks. They go out of their way every time I go in to be helpful. Phone calls are great too. Always a pleasant experience. I'm glad to be a customer here!

The staff was amazing!!!! Best dealership for customer service in Grande Prairie by far!!! The vehicles Great!! Lots of options!!! But again hardest working dealership hands down. No other comes close!!! As long as I live in the Grande Prairie area, I will always go back!!
