This place was great about 9 years ago when i got my 2017 and later my 2019 Execline Jetta. That lasted a few years, when Brad ran the place and Daniel was in Service.nIn the past few years it has gone to completely downhill. Constantly having to chase them for replies and consistent neglect from the service department including major water damage from rain during the summer 2024 when my car was on their lot waiting for a part that was on extended back order. I just so happened to go get some stuff form it.nThey have tried to charge me for an oil changed when my car was going in for something completely different AND the sticker indicated isn't due AND my they did ALL my previous servicing so they have the records. It was admitted that it was a mistake, that they listened to the recording of the call and i didn't ask for an oil change... and they told me they will put a credit on my file an oil change. However, at the time of my retrieval of this credit, i am told there is no such thing and having to chase people down for answers.nI went to get my oil change elsewhere, and when discussing it was made clear the people were not surprised, in fact, they knew many other clients experiencing similar situations with the VW dealership of GP and the manager Darcy.nAnother time i drove away from getting an actual oil change and a tool was left underneath my car; it eventually wiggled out and was stuck dragging on the pavement whilst wedged under my car.

Emma truly listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle without any pressure. Her honesty and genuine care made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated and attentive to their customers.

I had a great experience at the dealership and wanted to give a special thanks to Emma for all her help. She was really friendly, welcoming, and incredibly informative throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything feel easy and stress free. I’d definitely recommend speaking with Emma if you’re visiting the dealership!

The salesman we had Joni was helpful, explaining everything, searching for just what we wanted and never any extra pressure. The sales manager was great as well worked with my budget and never pressuring me about anything. The finance lady Teri was amazing felt with my million questions and stayed late to finish the sale and came in on her day off to talk to me when I had questions.

I recently visited the Volkswagen dealership and was very pleased with my experience. Emma made me feel welcome and comfortable. She asked helpful questions which guided me as I explained what I wanted in a new vehicle. I test drove 2 SUVs and was impressed with Emma’s knowledge as she explained the features of each. I did not feel pressured and she was respectful of my time as I had another appointment to get to.I asked for a dimension comparison of the Tiguan and my present SUV. She sent me the figures and a photo in record time.Much appreciated!nI would highly recommend asking for Emma when you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. I look forward to returning.
