Ordered a Vehicle from these guys in October 2021. Wait time was 3-4 months. After three months they said it would be another 3 Months. I called back and they said it would be arriving Sept 19, 22. They called me 2 days before my vehicle was supposed to arrive and said they couldn’t get me the vehicle I wanted. I highly suspect that the vehicle I ordered was sold to a whole-saler in the US for more money, only thing that makes sense for a car that was supposed to arrive in a couple days. They then tried to up-sell me on another vehicle for $10,000 more than the agreed upon price which I have had a $1000 dollar deposit on for the last 11 months. Complete crooks, can’t say enough bad things about them.

Dealt with Bernardo in pre owned and it was the best experience, he was very easy to deal with and there was no pressure to buy. The manager Craig gave me a great deal on my trade in, I would 100% go back and will recommend then to everyone.

Did an 'urgent' first oil change here today even far from home and it had to be taken care immediately. Toyota didn't let me down and took care of it right away. In & out 30 mins, everything was clean and new anyway, so thank you very much, from Calgary

Best experience in a long time They Remove my tidy tank for me on to the new truck and everything that was inside But because of the late day they let me have a loner overnight Everything was transferred over the next day at no extra cost And all of this done with a smile I recommend them anytime

Bought my 2nd Rav4 from Kim and had a great experience again. Unfortunately I was side swipped in a hit and run. I texted Kim and she recommended a fantastic business to help me out and get me felling much better.After I went to toyota to show Kim the work they did and pick up a paint pen to touch up a few minor chips, free of charge. I've been dealing with this Toyota and Kim for over 5 yrs. Definitely would recommend them.
