Sean Sargent Toyota is a great place to buy a car. I had the best experience buying my 2026 Corolla Cross LE there!nI desperately needed to upgrade from my 1998 Honda CR-V so I drove over 2 hours to Grande Prairie to look at cars. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in to Toyota and was introduced to Bernardo.nBernardo took into consideration my budget and wants for a car and did his best to help me buy exactly what I wanted. He went into detail of all extra packages and add-ons that I might want and was able to help me decide on what tires I wanted and anything extra.nWhen there were delays and I had to switch to a 2026 model instead of the white 2025 Corolla Cross I originally ordered, he was even able to help me get the car in the color red which I originally preferred!nWhen I went to go pick up my new car Bernardo even stayed later and spent extra time helping me get familiar with everything and explain all the new features and answer all my questions.nDon Hart was also very friendly and helpful when in planning my finances for the car. He was very respectful of how much I could put for a down payment and bi- weekly payments.nThese two people definitely made this the best experience for me in buying my car and I highly recommend Bernardo if you’re looking for a vehicle, he treats you like close friends even though you just met him and is a very wonderful person to talk to and do business with!

Absolutely wonderful experience at this location. Brett was an excellent sales rep, down to earth, honest, and didn’t make us feel pressured into our purchase. He walked us through multiple options and was able to help us get our vehicle before our upcoming trip to the mountains.nnDon and Dennis were the financial reps we dealt with. Dennis took over while Don was away and he walked us through all the options available in an easy to understand manner.nnThe team here made the process significantly easier than what I’ve experienced in the past in other parts of Canada getting a new vehicle. We walked out confident and content with our purchase, and it made our trip to the mountains much easier.nnHighly recommend!

Sales is great!! But Service department is horrible both lube bay and main service. Do not bring it there unless it’s free warranty work/free oil change and then double check everything they touch. It’s not that the techs are maliciously trying to sabotage you I don’t think, it’s just that they are not very experienced it would seem. However, the service writers or the one I dealt with 2 years ago tried to sell things that are not required.nnJust so everyone knows, the front calipers on all taco, tundra and 4-runners are floating 4 piston calipers. Therefore you do NOT need a brake service at whatever km they say. This is a blatant lie as the floating caliper system does not have greaseable slider pins…. They float. That means no service is required until pads are worn. Only thing you need to do is keep them clear of mud and dirt by washing calipers as much as you can with a pressure washer through the rims. That’s it.

My experience with this dealership was exceptional, the amazing sales person I had the pleasure of dealing with was Bernardo Ao Leong. He took his time explaining the features on the Toyota Tacoma that were new to me, he was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like I was an incompetent female. I strongly recommend Bernardo if you want a straight forward honest sales person.

I bought my new Rav4 here last year. Bernardo made the whole process easy and enjoyable! Every time I have brought my Rav4 in for service he has always stopped to chat and say hi. The service department has been great to deal with also! I'm all around impressed with the whole dealership!
