Hansen is a great dealership to work with when purchasing a vehicle. This was my second purchase from them and Billy was awesome to deal with. He listened to what my needs & wants were and put me in a brand new SUV - Escape. Then with keeping my budget in mind Morgan was able to get my payments just right! Recommend going to Ford Hansen for your next vehicle!

brought my wife’s Lincoln in for service. Was given a clean loaner. Service was done in a couple of hours. Car was returned with a fresh detail. Brad and Grant in service very friendly. Had coffee with Dallas in sales. Great service

I've had many great service department experiences at Hansen!  They have always been quick and eager to get my truck back to me. Always listen and actually check out my concerns.  Brian (Brain) in sales was great to deal with when purchasing too!

I would like to say the service when purchasing my 2018 Edge was very professional.  Mark and his assistant April, went over and above. If and when I purchase another vehicle it will be from Mark.

We had a fantastic experience with Hansen Ford and our salesman Nick McAleney. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them, and they have all been great trucks. Nick was a super helpful and knowledgeable salesman. He answered all my questions or found answers in a timely manner. I had very specific features I wanted in a truck, without paying for a lot of other extras that weren't important to me. Nick spent time researching to find a perfect match. When we picked up the truck he did a very thorough run down of all the many features, and did a great job explaining how they all work. I definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable salesman who doesn't try to push for a quick decision. Morgan in finance was also very helpful and got us on the road quickly.
