St. Vital Park

Beautiful gardens, duck pond, nice playground, clean washrooms and spacious. There were lots of wasps when we were picnicking though, so be prepared.

This venue is perfect for gatherings and celebrations, featuring a spacious indoor area that overlooks a charming pond. The picturesque setting allows children to enjoy the delightful sight of ducks waddling by, adding an extra layer of entertainment. However, it's important to note that while these ducks can be quite endearing, they may also display aggressive behavior at times. One minor drawback is that the play area for kids is located quite a distance from the pond, which may make supervision a bit challenging.

It's a big and beautiful park, where you can pretty much have all kinds of events. From sporting activities, to hangouts with family and friends, to picnics and more. It also has an indoor centre just in case you want something more enclosed and more private. It also has a lake with beautiful little waterfalls or should I say sprinkles if you want to enjoy the scenery during summer, but make sure you go with your mosquito repellent because there are lots of mosquitoes there. The park also has a play area for kids with slides, swings and more. In all, it's not a bad place at all. My 4 star rating is because of my experience with mosquitos.

Awesome place to have a walk at anytime in a day.nnIt is one of the best park I have been to. The best piece of the park is the pond. The park has a peaceful pond with an island in the middle and geese playing on water.nnThe park is cleaned daily and has no garbage on the ground. Bathrooms are clean and accessible. Easy to find parking lots.nnIf I could, I could go there every day.
