Bourkevale Park

I've only gone here for the dog park & it's pretty small. It does not have a tree line or fence to seperate the parking lot from the park but luckily not a high traffic area. There's a lot of distractions that could cause your dog to wander off between the playing courts & people jogging & bicycling. It's also right along the river so if your dog isn't comfortable around water you really need to keep an eye on them, which you should be doing anyways. It is a great place to go if you do have a well trained dog & you just want to relax & enjoy the outdoors with your furry friend. It's a very quiet & clean park & the people who frequent it are usually very friendly as well.

Excellent facility with ample kitchen and dining space for groups. Complete with a lovely little stage and hall. Surrounded by Parkland and right next to the river. Public skating rinks with warm up buildings. Next to an area for dogs.

Beatiful park like setting on the river. 2 brand new outdoor hockey rinks right beside. Cozy little clubhouse with a canteen inside.

Small dog park... Hockey and ice skating rinks. Small open green space. Friendly community centre.
