St. Philip School

As any parent, I invested months of research before choosing a school for my child now children to attend. St Philip has an incredible pedagogical approach. By having a fine arts program that is integrated in all subject matter, the students learn to understand the concepts taught to them logic vs memorization which I solemnly believe is the foundation for later success. The teachers hold students to high standards and the administration is highly invested in maintaining the necessary conditions for student achievement and the development of the staff. Aside from the education aspect, it is worth noting that St Philip belongs to an exceptional community which is reflected through the quality of students attending.

My daughter, now in grade 5, has been at St. Philip since kindergarten. Every year she has had the opportunity to be taught by an amazing teacher, willing to listen and help my child achieve academic, and social relationship success. Significant effort is made to ensure fine arts and religion are woven into the daily class work. Leadership at the school is truly dedicated to a positive learning experience, and promotes a warm, caring environment. And finally as a parent and active school volunteer, I have always found a welcoming administration and parent community!

This school is excellent. The Administration is dedicated, proactive, and deeply invested in student and teacher success. The teachers continuously go above and beyond, from extra help for students who are struggling, to giving up breaks to help students participate in extracurricular activities. There are amazing clubs and buddy programs for the students. The student council is invested in making the community active and connected. My child, who struggles academically, loves this school and we have had an excellent, highly collaborative experience with her teachers and the administration.

St. Philip's is an amazing school with dedicated teachers and administrators that really care about the kids in the building. I have been so impressed with the amazing learning opportunities that have been available for my child. The weekly updates communicate what is happening in the building and all the creative learning and arts opportunities that are happening.

My daughters LOVE this school. The teachers are AMAZING, and the curriculum is well thought out, balanced and above standard. Great communication and support from teachers and administration. My girls are thriving and genuinely enjoy school. As a parent I couldn’t be happier.
