Prince of Wales School | Calgary Board of Education

When we found out this was the school my kids would be attending I was nervous but reassured that at the time there was another principal, and the school was top of the line. An incredible school. To say we have had the exact opposite experience would be an understatement. And unfortunately after placing a post on social media, I am not the only parent feeling this way. It seems 85 percent of parents are utterly disappointed with this school. When the principal was changed the school went down. Children aren’t cared for or kept safe. Nothing gets done about children assaulting other children. The admin especially and some teachers seem to care less and less about the students as every day goes on. If you have the option of a different school to attend for your child, or could get into deer run school I would highly recommend. Something needs to get done about this school and the lack of care and safety for the students.

When the principal got changed I was really sad because Ms B was nice and did interactive activities with the kids.

Parents reviews are hit and miss with the school - but the parks are fantastic! Teri that are in school property and one city one further out in the field by the big hill. If you are looking for tire swings - come here!

I went here and it was amazing. I loved the teachers and the people there. I have been there since kindergarten and was there until grade 6 and found and made many friends learned many things. There are no words to describe how amazing this school is. I recommend it.

Nice teachers and very encouraging. The bus drivers are a little excessive but other than that there is nothing else wrong and it's pretty good.
