First of all it's the best chicken I've ever had. This restaurant is so clean and well stocked and the restrooms are very clean also. While my friends and I were there we couldn't help but notice the lady named Honour who made us feel so welcomed. Customer service defines her. We will definitely be back and we hope she's there again too. Best Mary Browns Ever.

This location is consistent in making my belly full and my mouth smile. The staff here do an exceptional job at making you feel welcome and happy to serve you. The food is delicious and fairly priced. Can’t say enough good things about this particular Mary browns . Keep serving up the best chicken in Burlington the community appreciates and recognizes your greatness! Don’t go to Popeyes forget about KFC you need to support the Canadian owned Mary browns! Still remains the best chicken and sides around. New menu items are good but the classics are the best chicken and taters. The Big Mary is sinfully good and all other chicken sandwiches pale in comparison.Food: 5/5

Generally good experiences here but the last visit the Buffalo wrap had likely sat around before being given to me or it was due to the very slow wait through the drive thru. Extremely soggy lettuce that tasted off overall for the wrap and I felt ill the next day.Food: 2/5

I ordered 2 big Mary’s make it very clear, I asked for spicy and regular mayo with no pickles, after getting my order I only got one big Mary with spicy mayo and pickles. They apologized made me park for over 5 minutes and told me they would make me a new one. the new manager was very rude and didn’t come out with a big Mary. I’ve worked here for over 3 years and I’ve never seen manager speak me this way, nav and mark have always been so nice to me. I don’t know who hired this guy but he’s rude and didn’t even welcome me when I came to order. I will not be coming back to this location if I see him there. Thanks doesn’t even deserve one star and I’m late for work because he made me wait and I had to come back because I will not eat my sandwich with pickles on it.

We ordered the 4 piece chicken dinner tonight. Hubby ordered an extra coleslaw which he did not get and his bill was not in bag which means we cannot go back to ask about the slaw or get our 15% discount on our next order.

I was truly disappointed tonight, bun was steamed way to long left it soggy and with the sauce on the chicken made it even more so. 3 guess all felt the same. They gave me fries instead of wedges .. waste of my money.. so disappointed.

I haven't even eaten yet, and this place is one of the best food places that I have visited in a long time. As soon as I walked through the door I was met with a smile and a friendly hello! I walked up to the counter not knowing what I wanted, they offered me coupons. I finally settled on my food and the Man at the counter offered me a dip to try for free as I was undecided. That was a very nice gesture. With that said, I just had my food delivered to my table. If the food is half as good as the service I'd still give this place a 5 star review. Kudos to the crew working here ! Update: Food is top notch for a chicken place!

My favourite lunch when I am working! Super fast friendly service and the quality is always great tasting fried chicken. Highly recommend to anyone who thinks KFC doesn't live up to their former glory.
