This place has amazing vegetarian options. I tried the cauliflower bites about couple of days ago and i won’t lie it was the best bites i ever had. I tried three sauces and all of them were amazing but my personal favourite will be sweat and bullets the spiciness it was just amazing and the delivery was done within 20 min which was amazing as it was Friday. Overall it was a great experience.

Terrible food- hence the one star rating. It seems like this franchise is going downhill. Ordered 5 lbs wings, large wedges which use to be deep fried and came out crisp- now they appear to be pan fried in oil and very soggy- large onion rings which was about 10 in total and 2 orders of garlic bread with cheese. They gave us very little veggies with the order and only 2 blue cheese dressings. When I use to order 1 lb of wings with fries they gave you 6 veggies 3 celery and 3 carrots and a blue cheese dip. I ordered for 5 people hence the 5 lbs of wings and only received 2 blue cheese dips. What a rip off!!! But yet the food is more expensive but the quality and quantity of food has declined. Won't be going back there again. Think twice before you go there. Genevieve

Amazing wings everytime! The flavours available all taste great. I tried the Memphis sandwich this time. Great for lunch. The best tasting froes are the lemon pepper! I've been to several of their locations, and they are pretty much consistent with flavour and quality. Not the cheapest place to order, but well worth it!

Always a polite staff. Food is always hot and flavorful. The only downfall is that some of the wings are very small which is disappointing compared to the price.

I was in this store last month while i was visiting Burlington. I must appreciate customer service. Staff is really friendly and took minimum time to prepare food and no compromise in food quality. must try their chicken or battered cauliflower bites its so delicious.

Popped in spur of the moment. Happened to be burger special night. We had delicious burgers. They were so good. Cooked perfectly. Hot and fresh. Drinks were cold and our service was on point. Our server Zoey was fantastic. Will definitely go back

I've been a WingsUp fan since the locations opened and I tend to order every couple of weeks. As for my rating of 2-stars, I've noticed sin e the new owners took over a little while ago is the chicken bites are very often over cooked which results them in being chewy rather than tender like they used to be. There is also a considerable variation in terms of the amount of chicken bites you get with an order. Sometimes you get a small amount then the next time you get enough left over for lunch the next day. I used to be a fan that bragged about WingsUp, but not anymore as it went from great to below average. Hope HQ can retrain the staff. Nick
