They do not care. They don't return calls for people trying to reach out and help themselves to become better. When you send in your application, they will sit on it until a year passes which means you have to go through the hassle of sending in all your stuff again. And so help you God if your physician is in another city. This place causes more problems than they fix. I can only imagine how many lives were threatened or loss due to the incompetence of their staff.

Nice building very busy but the parking situation could have been better thought out. All of the staff I have dealt with have been very nice mostly business like.

Physical repulsed by the way this hospital is handled. What a waste of tax payers dollars. Eager to hand you a panthlet for YWCA services and move you along. They can't wait to be done with you! Is it a quota thing? I dont know, it is a mental health hospital... yet it does anything but treat mental illness? The foods good though from what I've read in the other reviews, and the building is modern. Yes, the two things you want most when looking for treatment. When you're in dire need of help, a great tasting sandwich, thats just what the doctor ordered. Trying to get over a traumatic event? Look no further, because this place has free Wi-Fi. Also a Tim Horton, oh boy, can't find that just anywhere. The frustration is real. Very disappoint. Much peeved.
