Fantastic. Lovely staff who go above and beyond. The doctor is always ready to listen. The walk in can get busy, it is best to have an appointment or go early in the morning.

Not a fan of making an appt for my 15 month old and then waiting over an hour past my appt to see my doctor because he over books himself. Also got a parking ticket after I went in and got a validation from the doc office. Front receptionist is very nice.

The doctor here is good, and always calls for follow ups so you are never left wondering about test results. However, I always show up on time for my appointment and am left waiting for an average of 30-45 mins after my scheduled appointment time. Also, there has been a few occasions where I have found one of the receptionists to be quite rude to me and impatient. In addition, I was told that when my female doctor left, another female doctor would be taking over for her, but I have had a male doctor ever since. Finally, they have gone back and forth saying they are going to be open some evenings and Saturdays and have never followed through on that, so my husband who works weekdays 9-5 out of town can't have the same family doctor as me. I am considering whether it might be worth the hassle to try and find another doctor.

Horrible, I suspect this place is just a mobile scam. I was a patient when they were on Duke st, I went for a scheduled appointment and the front doors were chained & there was no notification at all posted either with me personally (to inform me that they had been evicted), or on the door. The doctor was far more absent minded than myself, which say's a lot, I had a complete physical which took about 3 minutes and was done over top of my 3 layers of winter clothing. Don't punish yourself by getting involved in this circus sideshow.

The friendliest and most courteous staff there is...when you are actually there. However, they never answer their phone, their voicemail is always full, and I never receive call backs. I will call several times a day throughout the day, for several days in a row, and never speak to someone, and never be able to leave a message. Beyond frustrating, to the point where I'm seriously considering going through the aggravation of switching doctors just so I can find someone who will actually pick up the phone when I need to book and appointment, follow up with results, or confirm a detail about my medication. UPDATE: have switched doctors, it's like night and day. Don't go here: your time spent searching out somewhere else will be VERY well spent.
