Wilson Medical Centre - Workplace Medical Corp.

My doctor is Dr. Ishak and he's wonderful. I never have to wait long and the receptionists are all very nice and accommodating. There's an X-ray department and a pharmacy right in the building. My husband is Dr. Ibrahim's patient and he's very happy with her as well. She follows up on tests and keeps him informed. She's been known to call him just to see how he's doing.

I could even gave 0 star to this medical. I went for the workplace medical. That lady I don't know why she is in hurry. like within 5 min she did everything vision, hearing, height, blood pressure and heart rate, and keep saying I have lot to do today. I mean you are working definitely its your responsibility to do your job properly. If you do not want to work then don't go to work but do not make mistake on somebody's report. I got an email from my employer that I have to go for another medical test as its not accurate just because of that old lady I have to waste almost 2 week for sending an accurate report to my employer. My request is to that medical center that if you are hiring people make sure they are working properly on the site. I just do not recommend this place at all. Worst people are working here. No politeness, not friendly at all.

I don't know why this place is so underrated, maybe this clinic is busy for which people receive delayed response, but it's most of the places in Ontario that are facing the same due to the lack of physicians, nurses and other facilities. But the staffs working here are very had working, helpful and welcoming. They try to help their patients in the best possible ways. This is a good place to have a family physician. I would definitely recommend this clinic for your future visits.

Before I left my position as a pharmacy assistant at 130 Wilson Medical Centre Pharmacy I suggested for the pharmacist to consider hiring someone else alongside me to assist with the crazy workload and he said mocking me, “haha, we hired you to do the work for us not to bring another worker” even though his pharmacy is running well and he should be hiring two more employees. I left the pharmacy job due to lack of employees and how hectic it is. After I have left my position, I asked for my training payment and the manager told me he would pay it to me. Four weeks later and he did not keep his promise of paying for my training because he said to me “as unfortunately you have left us short-staffed”. I have never been treated in such a rude way. 130 Wilson Medical is a horrible place to work in, carries bad and stressful environment. I do not recommend anyone to work there. If I could I would give this 0 star review.

I arrived at the x ray there at 12:30 my appointment timeand no body was at the desk the employee was gone for lunch and now it is 1:25 and no body shown up, I complain to the other employees and still no body shown up. i am super amazed how the lunch time in the front line medical centre is more that one hour. So upset… Now it is 1:26 the employee came and never said sorry even and she said we have to wait more 15 mins.. Please if you are caring about your time don’t come there for X-ray.

Usually not too crowded. Just sit 'n wait for the nurse to call you. But always be sure to approach the front desk and let a receptionist there's usually 3 of them know your there and waiting! Otherwise you're just wasting your time. There's also a pharmacy so you can pick up prescription medications!

DO NOT GO HERE! Read all the other reviews mostly bad ! And I thought I’d give DR IBRAHIM a try tho and what a mistake that was!! Very unprofessional I seen her once for my initial visit and everything was fine … First off I’m on methadone and was still getting pain meds and anxiety meds well she called my methadone clinic screaming at the nice pharmacist there ! People are on methadone and pain meds all the time !!!! So tells them I’m not coming in for my drink today because she prescribed me pain meds. Then called my other pharmacy and cancelled my meds denying that she screamed At pharmacist And then finally called me back today. I couldn’t get a word in! Pretty much told her I don’t want her as a doctor she’s unprofessional! And she hung up on me and I wasn’t done! Please don’t go here!!! Save yourself the headache!! Trust me read all the reviews crazy ‘no Ty!

The front staff is friendly and polite. And the Pharmacy is right there in the building to get your medical from. The building itself is clean and sanitary. I'm glad that there isn't a l8ng waiting period either to see my Doctor.

After seeing your receptionist threatening to “deck” someone I will never recommend this place. I believe her name is Barb. She is hostile and clearly HATES her job. Nurses have been over worked for years. Doesn’t give them the right to threaten violence on a patient.

Bad experience ever. I was here one time last year and everything was really good. Staffs were friendly and helpful and I decided to come back again today. It was disappointed at all. Staffs had bad attitudes with patient. I have to wait for so long with no complaint because I understand how busy they are but the old man doctor talked to me with uncomfortable attitude when I saw him in the room. I paid money for nothing and received terrible experiences. Never come back again.
