Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros. Bagels

Jacqueline was so helpful! I’m new to coffees and mixed drinks and she was very patient with me and was knowledgeable in the different selections. She was able to educate me on a few different options and help me understand the differences, without making me feel dumb. At the end of the day she took my preferences and made me a perfect blended beverage, so I trust her judgement. When I returned again, not remembering exactly what she made me - she recognized me! Her greeting was very inviting, she asked about my day and brought up previous talking points and again made my new favorite drink! I will definitely be returning as a regular customer, especially when Jacqueline is working! Thank you for your help!!!

Great customer service. I ordered a green tea but did not specify hot or cold, they gave me cold. I informed the young lady that I don't like cold tea and that I thought I was getting hot tea. Without hesitation she made me a hot tea and did not charge me again (I did not take or drink the cold tea order). That is customer service......I had never been to this establishment before, but I will become a customer now.

Ordered a blended drink they gave me hot. When I told them, they were rude to me and then when I got my blended drink it was full of coffee grounds. I also ordered a bagel and specified that I did not want it toasted and it was. On top of all of that it was about a 20 minute wait in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me.

Typical Einstein's / caribou combo. Good bagels, good coffee. Nice atmosphere with lots of tables/ chairs to sit and talk or study
