Standard General Kids' Christmas Party 2025 was held here today and I have to say the St. Albert Bowling Centre did a stand up job hosting the event. The staff did a phenomenal job keeping up with beverages and food. While I did not get to eat what looked like quite a delicious spread mozzarella sticks, pizza, crispy chicken wings, dry ribs etc due to celiac disease - a I assume he is the manager was kind enough to make me bucket of popcorn after showing me the product's ingredient list. The bowling alley, although jam packed with kids and their parents, functioned perfectly. The bathrooms were clean! The arcade was a blast for every one, even with a couple machines down.nnThe staff were friendly and polite. Well done on every front, folks! Thanks for a great party

Booked my daughters 10th birthday party who has cerebral palsy. At the time of booking I noted she required the bowling ball caddy so she could participate. I had to get very upset to get one for my daughter. I get that small kids use them to make it easier. But I booked the birthday a month ago and told them about my daughters disability. This is about accesility and access to participate on her BIRTHDAY. And we weren't given the popcorn or the endless pop I paid for during the time the kids were bowling. We had to continuously ask for the things included in the birthday package. I will never book a party here again. Im happy the kids had a great time. Also the arcade games were stealing tokens. Lots were out of order.

Ok experience. Nice family establishment. The guy that took the kids tickets for the arcade was extremely rude and made my younger son cry. This made the experience bad because my kid is 3. We spend almost 80 dollars on the arcade. He should take a minute.

Staff is super rude! Paid for 2 hours of bowling and only got an hour and half , when told staff they kept fighting back saying well it’s only an hour and half and that they would add the additional 30 mins, sat waiting for 30 mins for the them to turn it on and they didn’t! The one brunette with the glasses was arguing and said she would turn it on and didn’t. Don’t waste your money here! Spent lots on money on drinks for them to not even have any alcohol in them, I would spend your money elsewhere!
