Our experience this evening was amazing! Our server, Antonia, was new but absolutely exceptional. She checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and asked how we were enjoying our food. She was polite, friendly, attentive, and truly made our dining experience delightful.nnThe food was great, but we would come back anytime just because of the outstanding service Antonia provided. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of.nnThank you again, Antonia, for an exceptional dining experience! We look forward to coming back.

Have had good experiences here in the past with sit down. Pick up is a whole other story. Waited 15 minutes past our pickup time just for the food to be cold, the fries were so soggy it felt like they’d been out for hours, I even had to salt them myself. I do not recommend ordering online from here!

Had such a great lunch experience at Boston Pizza on Jennifer Heil Way Spruce Grove today. Huge shoutout to our server Suman for making the whole visit feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive without hovering, super friendly, and somehow managed to keep everyone smiling even during the lunch rush. You can tell she really cares about the customers having a good experience.nnI ordered the Meateor pizza for lunch and it was excellent. Hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings without feeling too heavy. Everything came out quickly and Suman made sure we had everything we needed.nnGreat food, great service, and an all around awesome lunch spot in Spruce Grove. Will definitely be back, the bar looks awesome to watch a game.

We came in as a big team/group and Katrina handled our group orderly. Katrina is exceptional because she combines professionalism with genuine kindness. From the moment customers sit down, she creates a welcoming atmosphere with her warm attitude and attention to detail. She remembers orders accurately, checks in at the right times, and makes sure every guest feels valued. Even during busy shifts, she stays calm, efficient, and friendly, showing impressive dedication to her work. What makes her stand out most is how she goes beyond simply serving food-she creates a positive experience. Her hard work, patience, and upbeat personality make every meal more enjoyable, which is why she is such an outstanding waitress.

Our server Xaxia, was giving top-tier service! She was very helpful and friendly with my 3 little kids! Food was awesome and came out right away. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. I am definitely coming back for more good meals and excellent service like today!
