We came at around 11:30 am and were the only party there. People started coming at around 12:30 pm. I should have researched further beforehand but this is a 5-pin bowling arena, not a 10-pin. The score chart TV was close to as simple as it can get. No speeds were shown. The place was also more outdated than the average bowling arena. The women’s washroom layout was also interesting. The employee we spoke to was nice, though, I saw another employee possibly the owner even who did look grumpy as other reviews mentioned. The price is much more reasonable compared to Toronto bowling arenas that I’m used to. I didn’t like the music. I believe they played “Hula Hoop” and some other music that partially reduced my enjoyment there.
Went here for a family birthday, the bowling was fun. Unfortunately the staff member on hand was unwelcoming, grumpy, and seemed very displeased to help out. Furthermore the lane we were using kept malfunctioning. The food was barely heated up and did not taste good. On the positive side of things, the venue was decent and the price was reasonable. That being said I will not be returning.
I am very satisfied with the lady, Who took my call today and had sympathy towards the situation that occurred on Sunday when I took my children to this place to bowl and I was given the name of the employee who worked on Sunday by the lady on the phone, Thank you!nnThe lady that was working on Sunday was named Candy, she seemed fine at first and assisted us well, but when I explained to her about my severe peanut allergy, it seem to not be a concern to her.nnI did tell her three times but confirming with her if there was peanuts in the food and she told me that she doesn’t think that there’s peanuts in the food because they make their own dough.nnSo, therefore I trusted Candy and thought she was honest with me, however I was rushed to the hospital, thank goodness my baby daddy lived near by to come grab the kiddos while I get medical attention by the ems as I was having a severe reaction, I had to use my epipen asap before I ended up passing out.nnCandy will need better training on food safety and prevention of people’s food allergies because my life shouldn’t have been tampered with and she should’ve be real with me by saying; “ Hey, I don’t think it’s a good idea to eat the food here as I am not sure if there’s any peanuts or cross-examination of peanuts in our kitchen “ but, she did do that, so this clearly shows that she didn’t care at all.
horrible staff attitude, just put the fries in the bag, nasty bathroom so unsanitary found three cigrettes butts cloged in the sink, floor was worse than ets bus seats and behind the place was 3 people laying flat on there face on wet cement, pizza was ok tho so bonus points
We went for a bday party and it was very fun there was only one worker there so service was slow because he had to assist new customers and bake the pizza. But it was clean and safe.
