I usually enjoy Gateway Bowling with friends and family, but after last night, I can confidently say we will never be returning. The level of disrespect we experienced from one of their staff members, a waitress named Melissa, was absolutely unacceptable.nnFirst, our food took over two hours to arrive. On top of that, on a bill of over $200, she added an 18% tip without telling anyone. We still tipped again, not realizing she had already added gratuity. When we approached her politely to ask about the extra charge, she grabbed the money and threw a $20 bill in my wife’s face before walking away.nnNo customer deserves to be treated like that—especially when we were being respectful and simply pointing out something that wasn’t right. This behavior is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable at any business.nnI will be calling on Monday to speak with management directly, because someone who behaves like that should not be working in customer service. This experience alone is enough to ensure that myself and all of my family will never book with Gateway Bowling again.
Had wonderful time at bowling centre. Great fun time for group. Pizza and drinks there are great with attentive servers. All the processes went smooth from entry to exit. Would recommend this for those who are looking for fun for groups.
Visited gateway entertainment today, had a very fun time with my family. One of the worker Jazzie was so welcoming and kind. My grandparents were bowling for the first time and she made the first experience memorable for all of us. She helped with setting the lane up and brought light balls for my grandparents. Loved the place. the whole vibe was awesome. Definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
We had booked our work team building event here for bowling, followed up by some food in the Rec Room restaurant. There was a lot to do for entertainment with the arcade and billiards as well. Isaac and the rest of the staff were great with the food and drinks and customer service was really good. Everyone in our party had a great time! This was my first experience here and it was memorable. I would do this again.
The service in the pool billiards room is terrible. But the service from a server in the bowling alley was amazing a fast. On the other hand when I went to pick up my bowling ball they were all greasy and no wipes anywhere to wipe them from everyone else touching them. I think that it can definitely be more clean there. Also the price for one game won’t even get u to finish . It cost $33 for 20 min. Just stupid
