We had booked our work team building event here for bowling, followed up by some food in the Rec Room restaurant. There was a lot to do for entertainment with the arcade and billiards as well. Isaac and the rest of the staff were great with the food and drinks and customer service was really good. Everyone in our party had a great time! This was my first experience here and it was memorable. I would do this again.
Had wonderful time at bowling centre. Great fun time for group. Pizza and drinks there are great with attentive servers. All the processes went smooth from entry to exit. Would recommend this for those who are looking for fun for groups.
It has been a few years since I have been here, looks the same. The service level wasn't fabulous. Had to ask for a server after 10m waiting & then waited almost another 10m which wasn't ok. I was ready to spend way more than I did but due to the wait time we couldn't. The food is ok & as usual bowling is fun.
Love their Tuesday 5 buck games! And the glow in the dark section when it gets late.
We rented a lane online for this past Friday for my birthday. Thursday morning my husband’s grandfather passed away. We were told that because it was within 48 hours they would not be refunding us nor could we reschedule. Thanks for your understanding Gateway Lanes!
