Had wonderful time at bowling centre. Great fun time for group. Pizza and drinks there are great with attentive servers. All the processes went smooth from entry to exit. Would recommend this for those who are looking for fun for groups.
I have been bowling at gateway lanes for about 14 years. In that time I have been really impressed by the staff. They are friendly and do whatever they can to help you out. Jazzie , one of the staff is personable and efficient. She greats us by name and knows our shoe size. A great place to bowl
We had booked our work team building event here for bowling, followed up by some food in the Rec Room restaurant. There was a lot to do for entertainment with the arcade and billiards as well. Isaac and the rest of the staff were great with the food and drinks and customer service was really good. Everyone in our party had a great time! This was my first experience here and it was memorable. I would do this again.
I recently visited Gate Entertainment Centre and had a disappointing experience with one of the attendants named Jazzie. She was quite rude and unprofessional from the start. It seemed like she didn’t want to provide any service or answer basic questions. When I tried to ask something, her attitude clearly showed frustration, as if customers shouldn’t ask anything and should just say whether they want a lane or not.nCustomer service should be friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management provides proper training to ensure better service and a more positive experience for future visitors.
It has been a few years since I have been here, looks the same. The service level wasn't fabulous. Had to ask for a server after 10m waiting & then waited almost another 10m which wasn't ok. I was ready to spend way more than I did but due to the wait time we couldn't. The food is ok & as usual bowling is fun.
