There are a few other places in town to do insurance - I would go there instead. The person doing up our insurance made a huge error and marked that my husband had less than 10 years of driving experience. On our two vehicles combined, this cost us $600 extra over the course of 6 months. ICBC wouldn't do anything about it and the broker, who's mistake it was made things worse. We would have to call and remind her to contact ICBC...months of her doing nothing we gave up.

After standing and waiting, then asked to sit and wait, the staff was too busy going breaks, coming from breaks, or hiding in the back. One employee tried to help..but he wasn't supported. Thank you, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

Wanted to get a confirmation on my motorcycle skills test. I called in several times and just got voice mail. Once I was able to get through, I asked for a confirmation email. I get an email with a different date than what was stated over the phone. I was then put on hold and put through to another person's voice mail. I had to call back. All I wanted was confirmation that I had indeed booked my skills test and that they knew I would be there. Please note that they DO NOT book actual times! It's a very silly system and you could be waiting for a long time to do your test if a bunch of people show up at the same time.
