If you're assigned to Christine as a broker, go elsewhere. ZERO STARS! Between my husband and I, we were in the office 7 different times, called her office to make sure she was working on hour home insurance file multiple times, and exchanged countless emails. A process that should have taken a week or two because we were out of town a bit, lasted almost 3 months. And in the end, she ended up costing us an extra $500+ because she was not up front about the short term fees we would incur before we signed a policy. Note to self... always ask good questions. Don't assume your insurance broker is giving you all the information! I guess the other agents at this location do a good job according to the reviews I see here, but I wish I had checked these before we got paired up with Christine.
I had an amazing experience at InsureBC Squamish! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially Amardeep! If you need to get your insurance done, this is definitely the place to be!
Ryan makes the insurance process so simple, and pain-free. He takes the time to make you feel welcome, and always has the client's best interest at heart. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a dedicated, hard working guy to take care of all of your insurance needs!!
