Extremely hit and miss service. Basic insurance questions are fine, but if you need anything complicated good luck. Literally every representative will give you a different answer.... In my circumstance one person told me it would be impossible without months of extra paperwork and when I asked to speak to someone else it was easily done within 5 mins. On another occasion, they completed my paperwork incorrectly. When I went into renew, they discovered their error and advised that I needed to redo all the paperwork (with all the associated fees). They refused to cover despite the fact that admitted they did it wrong in the first place.

Very friendly, helpful and great service! Can get busy so may need to wait but are open great hours so pick an off-peak time.
