This review is a couple of weeks late. I was in the office and two new agents were not able to help me. They tried and tried for about 40 min and my issue was still not solved. Then a ray of sunshine came into the office, Tania looked at me gave me a smile and fix my problem in less than 2 minutes. I seriously do not know what the office do without her. I hope she stays in that office for a long time because she keeps the whole office afloat.

Lisa was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about home insurance. I was happy to learn that Westland had a lot of products and services with changing needs in big urban life. Tania was quick and efficient so I was in and out of the office in processing the forms in 10 minutes. It is real nice to have in-person service. They are assessible by phone or emails so if their phones ring off the hook, keep calling. It's well worth your investment of time!

Best rate for home insurance I could find after shopping around to two other places. This location has superb customer service. Service agent, Sid welcomed me right away when I stepped in and explained everything clearly. Him and the manager here were excellent. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for their home insurance needs.
