Unfortunately zero stars on my recent visit to the Pemberton branch. The young lady behind the desk obviously does not wish to be there, and it comes through in her attitude of thinly veiled contempt. Please Miss, do yourself, and the people you deal with, a favour; force a smile, or just go find somewhere you'll be happy. Conversely the other ladies at the branch are exemplary, and extremely helpful.

When I had a new car and applied for insurance, it was this very pleasant girl named Ameel attended on me and went through the process of my application. I felt comfortable and understood my options and she suggested ways to get my insurance cheaper. She is knowledgeable, fast and assured me of the right insurance cover according to my needs. Whenever I have doubts or questions, she made it clear and I was confident to place my business with her. I'm looking forward to see her again as soon as I renew my insurance policy. The service was great and I am happy that she helped me all the way. You're awesome Ameel!

I went to westland insurance to talk about my car insurance and I got helped by a staff named Ameel. She has all the skills of customer service and very helpful. She and her colleague Andrea advised me on my issue in a professional way and I felt so happy and relived. I experience this kind of service in very rare place. Good job. keep it up.

Andrea assisted and gave me A+ service. She was extremely polite and very helpful. I tell everyone to go see Happy Andrea! It has all the insurance required for my home to recreational vehicle needs.

I was in this office for my car insurance and Ameel, the agent was very helpful. She explained every coverage and its importance. She even called the head office to check my discount and made sure that I get the right one.
