Need great Apple assistance. Apple Carrefour Laval is the best. Very well organized. Service was excellent & Agent was really helpful & so pleasant. All that besides the droves of exciting stores & pleasantness of Carrefour Laval. The best Mall! Just love it!!

I had a very sad experience with the first apple product that I bought from this store in the year 2022 Dec. I don't know who the manager was at that time, but he didn't allow me to return the product as I brought it back to the store few days after the return window was closed. It was during the Christmas time and I had a vacation planned and was sick right after that. I explained everything in detail to him but was of no use. I always wanted a better processor for my apple laptop and I'm stuck with the M1 processor that I purchased then. I always had this regret and finally felt like posting it. People buy an apple product spending so much money and store managers should be capable of understanding the nuances at such situations.

My son and I had great service at the Apple Store in Carrefour Laval. We had a couple of issues to take care of and Gabriella was able to help and resolve them all. Gabriella is extra knowledgeable, patient, calm, respectful and pleasant. Gabriella made the visit at the Apple Store a positive experience.nnWe own a business ourselves. I came in to fix my iPhones screen and the experience was phenomenal!! I had made an appointment prior to going. I even got there earlier and got served ASAP. Mind you, the store was full of clients and I still got an amazing and efficient service. When I came back to get my repaired device, I got there 15min earlier and everything was taken care of. I really appreciate the great service from Apple!

Probably the most humiliating shopping experience I’ve ever had. I planned on purchasing an iphone 14 and after maybe 15 minutes of looking around I decided to approach a specialist - they told me to go speak to one of the other associates with the ipad, when I went to speak with her she turned away from me and didn’t acknowledge me!nThis happened ever time I tried to speak with a specialist, they would tell me to wait near the phones for someone and nobody would come to me. What was worse was watching other people come into the store and get help immediately, while I’ve been standing there a total of 20 minutes and it feels like I was begging people to help me. This will be my last time shopping at apple ever.
