The place was buzzing with energy this morning. I was greeted immediately and told to go to the back of the store. Greeter 2 told me to sit down to wait. Shortly after he guided me to a table to meet The Genius Alexandra who was awesome…great personality and made it fun. So very satisfied with my Apple Store experience.
To whom it may concern. I never like to bad review any one neither any business. But what happened at this location was the worst experience ever. The staffs are so incompetent, so rude and so nonprofessional. I always believed in apple products. But and this time only I was so disappointed.I really suggest that no one go to this location. Avoid to deal with Myriam and Andrea. Do not trust Myriam with your product at all, because she’s so far from being professional and the worst of all when her manager Andrea tried to protect her by a very rude way. Not knowing what’s going on. So as an advice , bycot this location because you don’t want to have to deal with these kinds unprofessional people.

I MUST thank H.A.M.Z.A. For his time and his patience with me. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with me to help me with an update block problem, my Mac doesn’t want to turn on for over 24h even though I called Apple support and they did nothing special. Ask for him if you need any help from a person that work with conscience, smiling and so helpful. Again, thank you H and all my respects to Apple Store Laval for well choosing your representatives.
I've been here three times and left empty handed. I owned Apple products for years now iPads, Apple watches, iPhones and never got treated like this at any Apple store. It's just that they got the 14 pro in stock that made me go back here. Long story short, I've been denied of service because they needed a certain documentation as proof of address, which I understand. However, they kept on refusing mine I provided them a phone bill and a bank statement alongside a PR card since they weren't "enough". I asked them nicely the female manager about which documents are accepted and they couldnt give me a specific answer because it's not up to them and I have to ask the carrier myself instead, which doesn't really make sense. Best help they could offer to you is point you outside and tell you to go somewhere else. It's better to get a second opinion from another manager, or go somewhere other than this store.
I would be extremely careful of the not so knowledgeable “Genius” bar reps and the RUDE MANAGERS. I went in for my faulty iPhone 14 Pro that has a camera that’s good for the birds, not functioning at all, but we’re not gonna talk about that. And the fact they were dismissing me and practically refusing me a feasible solution. Upon my checkin, at the genius, in front of me a gentleman came in distress with his iPhone 14 water damaged. Still working, but issues with the phone. No problem, he can pay an out of warranty replacement fee of $719 as listed on apples site, right? No. The advisor refused him service and sent him to the front of the store to leave him with his water damaged phone and a bill of 1200$ for a new one. Like why do you need to lie to your customers? How are we supposed to trust them? Why is APPLE CONTRIBUTING TO ELECTRONIC WASTE!!!!!! I had a similar experience with my beats pill and I’m upset to learn they still continue they’re schemish ways! I’ve made a complaint to Apple headquarters and I hope to see a change because this is wrong. I suggest the downtown Apple Store Saint Catherine location as they’re extremely polite and honest!
Buy an apple band, paid 120$+ online for a store pick. Got the product, price tag is 99$. I asked a price match, staff give lots of reasons for “no”. No one care of about customer experience. If I could give negative 5 stars, I will.
Always a pleasure to visit an Apple Store but this one stands out with its easy parking and with the quick friendly helpful knowledgeable “geniuses” you’re certainly going to be treated properly.
Yes, it's busy. Yes, it's popular. But there's no excuse for aloof unknowledgable CSRs. Apple products are extremely expensive, so if we have an issue or repair to discuss, we should be treated properly.
Absolutely horrible customer service, no interest in keeping a customer whose whole family is using an Apple ecosystem - if I could give 0 stars I would! To start off I normally don’t write reviews like this - but had such a negative experience that I felt compelled to share it in order that it may possibly help anyone else. Here goes … I spent an hour beforehand with Apple customer service to diagnose and establish that I simply needed to drop off an Apple Watch that has become defective after an Apple update which caused it to glitch and overheat while charging to the point I was concerned with it catching fire - all while it never actually charged so it could be sent out for further testing. Once I got to the Apple store I was told to take a seat and no one came to actually see me until I went to ask what was happening - 45 minutes after my appointment … and there were several staff members standing around not doing anything in the meantime! Then after having read the existing case notes and a few questions about my watch they fold me that I had 2 options: I could send it in for diagnosis which would cost me about $500 whether it was deemed my fault it no longer works or not to have them send me a replacement unit, or I could simply purchase a new watch! So I had to either pay or pay - regardless of the fact that I did not damage the unit and that it was caused by an update. I asked to speak to the manager who repeated exactly the same info - saying that watches like iPads could not be fixed and would just be replaced. They said that they could do nothing at all even when I said I was an extremely dissatisfied long time customer with concerns that the watch could cause a fire and become a legal issues. After being there for over 90 minutes and repeatedly asking for anything at all that could be done to help my situation since I did not damage the unit, and their update was led to the issue of it no longer charging and overheating they eagerly let me leave the store telling me to “have a nice rest of my day” in a condescending manner. There was absolutely no interest on their behalf to right the situation and I have wasted over 2.5 hours of my time - all while having a watch that used to work fine which at this point is totally useless. It has been an absolutely horrible customer service experience surrounding a faulty unit!
