Sprouts Restaurant

Happened to be in Mississauga and was seeking a quick lunch bite nearby. Sprouts restaurant was a healthy option based on many others' reviews. I was a little surprised at its popularity as its location is in a plaza with plenty of other eateries and chains. I ordered their wrap that came with a choice of soup, salad or chips. They also offered many pressed sandwiches and salads at similar prices. The grilled chicken wrap looked delicious with quite a variety of fillings: corn, tortilla chips, black beans, lettuce and monterrey jack cheese with chipotle dressing. The portion was huge and each fresh bite had a nice crunch. Chunks of chicken breast filled the cold wrap but would've tasted better warm. It was still good. The spicy Thai chicken soup was similar to Tim's. Both the soup and wrap tasted mildly sweet, the latter from the chipotle sauce and weren't spicy at all.

Stopped in for a tuna sandwich & tomato soup. Absolutely the best tuna sandwich I have ever had - completely unexpected!! Soup was fresh and full of flavour as well. I’m so happy I stumbled across Sprouts - I will most definitely be back when I’m in the city next.

Good food. Good salads, sandwiches and wraps. But they have raised thier prices a lot so it's a nice treat but not a regular lunch thing. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.

It's been a long time since I rated 5 stars to a restaurant but Sprouts is deserving. I've been a frequent customer to this restaurant for the past 2 years and what I love most, is the customer service. I'm always greeted by their friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean and the cooks take their time to prepare delicious gourmet wraps!! The wraps are filled with flavourful spices & sauce. Try the Chipotle wrap, I love the combination of black beans, tortilla chips, chipotle sauce and cheese.. It's also favorite from their menu.

This place is amazing, order for catering and delivery. Had no issues. I placed an order through email and provided each meal in a box for each person - labelled! Vegetarian options: ordered for the office, and had good vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: great accommodations for my dairy allergy

I ordered chicken and roasted hummus Pressed sandwich with salad and the chicken in the sandwich has a weird aftertaste. I dont think I will ever come back again.

A great option for lunch - the salads are delicious, the owner is friendly and very accommodating. The quality has not changed over the years and they've maintained a nice and clean environment if you choose to dine-in. Would recommend if you're on the hunt for a healthy but tasty salad, sandwich or wrap.

Wandered in here on a Timmies run one day and the menu is quite large. There is a good selection of vegetarian and gluten free food. The employee at the counter was very flexible and happy to accommodate my dietary restrictions and preferences. The food arrived in under 10 minutes, it was hot and delicious. I saw several interactions with customers while I was waiting and it is clear it is a go-to spot for many with Sprouts knowing their regular customers orders by heart. I will definitely be back to try more. A nice alternative to Freshii.

Quick and easy lunch to grab during work if you are in a pinch and want something healthier. However, I find that for the price, the food is a bit tasteless beyond salty.
