Flamos Peri Peri

Everything was fresh and unbelievably delicious!! Quite possibly the best Mac N Cheese I ever had. The staff were phenomenal & service was exceptional!! We had the pleasure of meeting the Operations Manager, John while we were there. He was so professional & courteous. Gem of a guy!! We'll definitely be coming back for more :.

Great option for Portuguese style chicken that is relatively healthy! The portions are generous, cooked to perfection and tasty as heck! Everything ordered was delicious. The only thing that can use improvement is the lack of sauce in the Motherclucker meal. It would be even tastier if it came with a side of sauce or more in the wrap. All in all, will definitely be back to try other offerings. Great spot to grab for picnics! I'm happy to have this so conveniently located too.

I was extremely impressed when I stopped by Flamos Peri Peri to try their grilled chicken sandwiches. Their pulled chicken sandwiches with hoagie buns were mouth watering. The crunchy ranch sandwich was also a great choice, and the spicy fries were seasoned well. I am definitely going to come back here regularly for their pulled chicken sandwiches. They do them much better than other grilled chicken places.

Flamos served a unique fusion concept of Peri Peri Chicken, using a combination of Southern Africa and European spices. Their chicken is house-smoked‍, which elevates the taste, aroma, and juicy texture. They are available at 3 locations in Quebec and 2 locations in Ontario - Mississauga and the newest is Kitchener. They have a wide range of menu such as; signature Peri Peri chicken, bowls, salad, sandwiches, poutines, and desserts. There's something for everyone here. Also you could buy their homemade sauces - I'd highly recommend to get the Chipotle Aioli sauce. Pictured: COQ MAC n CHEESE - Karaage popcorn chicken, cavatappi pasta with 4 kind of cheese topped drizzled with chipotle aioli sauce. LIMA BOWL - Smoked pulled chicken breast, served with variety of vegetables - red & green peppers, cucumbers, red onions, jalapeño peppers, carrots, in a bed of saffron rice, topped with chipotle aioli sauce. K-TOWN SMOKED CAPON WINGS - with Gochujang sauce THUNDERBIRD PHILLY - Smoked pulled chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, caramelized red onions, red n green peppers with chipotle aioli sauce. CHURROS - topped with your choice of caramel, Nutella or raspberry drizzle. We tried the Nutella filled Churros! It is really good!!! We really love each dish, so DELICIOUS. Great tasting food, service was great and the restroom was clean. I ordered the thunderbird philly and chicken strips with a side of their generous portioned thick cut fries. Both styles of chicken were made perfectly! Seasoned appropriately and tasted amazing. The only thing i'd change is the bun it doesn't match the quality of the rest of the food. Churros for dessert and they didn't disappoint.

Was about to get dinner elsewhere when we stumbled upon this place, and since we love Nando's chicken, we just had to try it. And being a direct competitor, I will compare and contrast this place with Nando's. The menu is more extensive and harder to navigate than Nando's, for a start, since it offers more dishes beyond the smoked peri-peri chicken, which is the star dish. And a star dish it was! The chicken was smoked instead of grilled, which made it TENDER, even the breasts. The chicken was bigger than what we had in Nando's. We ordered a whole chicken for two people, which came in four quarters, which would have been quite manageable in Nando's, but was too much food for us here. Next time I'd be content with just a quarter leg dinner. The spicy fries were tasty, with just enough seasoning without making it too salty. The rice was okay, much better with the sauce mixed in. The mild peri-peri sauce was too mild for my taste, but the server was kind enough to give us the spicy sauce, which wasn't too overwhelming, but still gave the right level of kick. No garlic sauce like the one from Nando's, but that is a minor point of contention. Personally we like the bigger chicken and the tenderness of the meat, which were winning combination IMHO. More people should know this joint beyond simply stumbling upon it.

Where to start??? It’s more than just grilled chicken Flamos Peri Peri is a chain from Montreal and it’s now opened their first location in Mississauga!! Look out for more locations opening in Ontario ___ The specialty here is the house smoked Chicken grilled in their super high tech ovens. The chicken is marinated in a special peri peri chilli pepper rub along with their own Peri Peri sauces available in bottles. I had their Grilled Chicken Breast and I loved it … so moist and juicy with a nicely seasoned crispy skin. You can taste the freshness …. the produce is never frozen and is sourced from local farms. ___ There is a variety on the menu and I am so impressed by their signature bowls. One of my faves … the Coq Mac N Cheese that’s topped with Karaage Chicken. The Lima Bowl, smoked pulled chicken on a bed of a bed of Quinoa leaves you full, feeling satisfied and healthy!! For sandwich lovers … so many delicious choices. Thunderbird Philly, Crunchy Ranch or Triple P. The K Town Smoked Wings with Gochujang is another stand out. And yes to Poutine …. a classic! I suggest you leave room for the warm Churros topped with Nutella. New to Mississauga… I highly recommend you drop by and give Flamos a try!! First of all, I really want to highlight their Customer service. The staff was super friendly and provided amazing customer service. The food was amazing. We ordered Vegelicious burger combos, 2 Lima bowls, Mozambique bowl, tempura zucchini. All items had lot of flavor and were amazingly delicious. The service was quick and our order was prepared within 10 mins. The place is very clean from inside and is great for dine in. Sorry, I was only able to take picture of Lima bowl. Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian burger is really good. They also have quinoa, zucchini tempura and different types of salads if you're looking for vegetarian option. Kid-friendliness: The staff is very friendly and the dine in area is great for family and kids. Parking: Located in plaza with lot of parking space.

Surprised at how tasty and healthy the Lima bowl was! Very friendly staff Navpreet, nice music. Generous portion, easily 2 light meals worth.

delicious and healthy. got the lima bowl. customer service was good too. I ordered ahead and got their early so they prioritized my order. can’t wait to try more items.
