The Chopped Leaf

I’m a big believer in natural/healthier restaurant options, but going that route doesn’t mean serving unseasoned food. Some restaurants rely heavily on sauces to “flavour” its meals, which is not the end of the world, but it can definitely leave a bad impression. The Chopped Leaf was a disappointment in my eyes. My food was blend, and the feeling I was left with is that if I was given the same ingredients at home I could’ve easily assembled a similar result. Also, the salsa being store bought is inexcusable. Just goes to show that some restaurants don’t put in the effort to deliver proper experiences and instead opt for a quick cash out. There are much better options in Mississauga and region. My advice is to skip this one.

Soups taste AMAZING, but the portions are minuscule. We ordered large soups through Skip The Dishes, and this is the size we got. Can’t tell if they messed up the order or if this is their large… either way we’re still hungry

I ordered from this place for the first time on skip the dishes. I really enjoyed my meal it was so tasty...but just as I was near the end of my salad I found a dead bug! On first glance it looked like Edemame but on closer inspection it had legs. I'm disappointed because initially I thought I'd found my new go to place and even left a good review on the skip app. But after finding the bug I dont want to risk ordering from here again.

Not the best value they charge 3 bucks extra for chicken and they barely give any, it comes up to 15 bucks in total for a glorified salad. Also barely any rice Tastes amazing though, would recommend the balsamic vinegar dressing. Edit: I realized I bought a salad so obviously there's not going to be rice or protein. I got the bowl this time and the quantity was much better. Wouldn't recommend the peanuts if your not a fan of peanuts

My first time ever trying this place and I have no idea what the food was. I think its good for people who are more into salads than cooked food. Idk if I want to try it again. My food was really flavourless and everything separated from each other. I think thats the way they make it but I didn’t like it, I guess its my choice for food., nothing on the food and management. :

Healthy options. Great spot and location. Staffs were so friendly. Nice experience. I tried bowl 1. It was delectable. Will be trying the remaining options soon.

Love love love this place! The salads and wraps are fresh and taste great. The customer service is amazing - the owner is super nice and always ready yo assist. This is a must try.Food: 5/5

Definitely coming back here again to try other things, loved their wrap and at each bite I could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Food was not very high on calorie and yet filling. Staff was courteous and nice to talk to!

My new addiction. The food is delicious and there is a large list of options whether you are a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan! The staff will cater to basically all of your needs! Highly recommend this place!

Great spot for salads and bowls! This place blows Freshii away with higher quality. I visited in the evening on April 11, 2018 and had a custom salad. The staff was super nice and accommodating considering they were about to close which I didn't realize. What's great: - Healthy, high quality ingredients, friendly staff, they actually heated the wild salmon in an oven!, modern comfortable setting for a quick bite, lots of menu options, reasonably priced. What could make it greater: - Healthy shakes and smoothies added to the menu of options.
