I’m pretty upset with my experience here. First of all the spinach does not look like it was washed. For a $20 salad I had little to no pico de gallo. But above all, this is a very poorly run business. I waited over 45 minutes for my salad. I waited half an hour in line, only to be asked to wait an additional 10 minutes for the salmon to warm up, but of course that took long too and I ended up waiting more than 10 minutes. It took so long the lady at the front forgot I was there earlier and asked me what I was waiting for… There were other folks there with mobile pick ups who went to the cashier and ask for their order but were told it was not ready yet. Mind you it was at least 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. This place is a disorganized mess. Sure some of the toppings aside from the unwashed kale salad tasted nice, but I can’t afford to spend almost an hour waiting for a salad. This was ridiculous.

I had a baby greens base salad $15 and it was delicious, which I have come to expect from this chain. All of the food and ingredients look and taste fresh, the place is always clean and the staff are very nice. It does get busy during peak hours but they have a great process in place as service is always quick. Overall a great place if you are looking for fresh and healthy food.

It used to be good. Now they use the cheapest ingredients whenever they can. Corn, cabbage…. Basically filler. I check in sometimes but always disappointed. UPDATE. This happened: i went in today to help pick up a corporate order. A Porta Via employee came up to me and said: “You’re Jose, you left a very bad review…” Then he started lecturing me. It was the lunch rush so everyone in line saw and heard. I asked him if he thought it’s good to point a stern finger at me and vent and he got even worse! After that we waited 40 minutes to get the food we ordered. He basically waited for the lunch rush to serve us. Some sort of revenge? PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO THIS TO ANY CUSTOMER. Wrong is wrong. Obviously I can’t ever come back here.

Very nice place with healthy choices! I had the avocado chicken wrap in a sundried tomato wrap. And the cauliflower with cilantro soup. I just need a pinch of salt. But everything was great and fresh

Their wraps are delicious and healthier.. special mention to their salads.

my review was deleted for some reason. I ordered a salad the other day and there was A BUG crawling in the lettuce. I tried contacting the restaurant and no answer

Got the Spicy Chicken salad yesterday for the first time... and I cannot wait to order it again. It was delicious. Full of flavour with the freshest ingredients.

The staff is amazing! even with being so busy during the lunch times and not having so many people helping the servers, they still manage to provide the best service to all the customers and more importantly always provide fresh food. The restaurant is also very clean and well maintained. I love coming to PortaVia for lunch.

Great place for a fulfilling lunch. Quality ingredients and great taste. Beware of the lunch rush, the queues can get a bit confusing and it can feel understaffed at times. Wait times and service can be rather slow, but I've never had them make a mistake with my order. The individual experience is possibly meant to feel like the ordering customer has the staff's full attention. TL;DR: Overall a nice place. Would recommend if you've got more than a half hour to order and eat your food.
