"Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa Springdale is the area’s premier destination for pet care. Doggie day care, boarding and grooming include a fun-filled experiences in luxurious petite suites, indoor dorms and patio dorms. Dogs feel at home with custom-made beds and flat screen TVs. Owners can view their furry children on line any time. While dogs play in groups according to size, there’s also an indoor pool for extra exercise. Boarding for felines includes a kitty cabin or kitty condo accompanied by an attentive, compassionate staff. Our state-of-the-art facility is your pet’s home away from home. I LOVE THIS Place! I’ve been taking my little Shorkies to Jane for many years now! She’s so talented and this is her calling! She’s excellent at what she does every single time! I got very lucky one day years ago when Jane worked at another place and made my appointment and I got her! When I saw my dog after she was done I couldn’t believe how beautiful she looked! My first impression with my dogs haircut that 1 time has made me a customer for life! I’ve followed her no matter how far the drive because she’s really worth it and that good!!! I won’t go to anyone else! My dog is 15 now and Jane is so good with herI never have to worry and I just let Jane do her magic! She’s the BEST!! Thank You Jane for always taking the best care of the girls! They can’t wait to see you
Boarded our dog while we were out of town for 6 days! We have been to a few other places and this is first time our dog George has been to the Red Dog. The location is amazing. You can tell the staff really enjoys dogs and cares for them! Our dog doesn’t eat much when we leave him but you could tell the staff was trying everything they could to help George and get some food in his stomach! We appreciated the camera they provided us, to help keep a peace of mind while out of town! Every time I checked in on George he seemed to be loving it, especially the patio connected to the room. They even had Curious George on the tv and we thought that was hilarious. I want to thank the staff for doing a wonderful job, this will not be the last time we board him! Hopefully George wasn’t a menace during playtime and got along with everyone!! Thanks again!
We normally use the nail grinding service. This time we went with a soap day. You drop your dog off early and pick them up a few hours later with a stand-by call. She was happy and fresh smells. The nails were perfect as always. We love Red Dog and always book two appointments now at a time.
My husband and I was concerned about leaving our dog Boss again when we went out of town because he didn't like his old boarding place and didn't do well there. My daughter told us about Red Dog and I'm so glad we took Boss there for boarding! He loved it and especially enjoyed going to daycare everyday during his stay. We will definitely board him again at Red Dog.
We love Red Dog. They take great care of our dogs every time. Staff is always super friendly and helpful when I call. Gives us lots of peace of mind when we go on vacation to know our dogs get to stay somewhere that they are cared for so well.
Red dog is a nice facility, the staff was also very friendly but we had some issues from the beginning. I was advised to get my puppy fixed before bringing her to the pet resort. They told me a 2 week turn around time and she would be fine to play and be around other dogs. However, that was not the case. They kept her in a room all by herself & we had to pay additional money to get someone to go in there and give her play time. It felt like a complete rip off and 4 days costed us $160. So if you have a puppy that recently got fixed just make sure they don’t have any stitches left or they will isolate them in a room with no other dogs.
I stopped in today to discuss boarding our 2 rescue dogs for the 1st time. I was greeted promptly by two friendly employees. After a short conversation I was treated to a thorough tour from Kathryn spelling may be wrong. She is such a valuable employee. She answered all of my many questions and was so kind and helpful. I can expect my dogs will have a great experience at this location.
My Neopolitan Mastiff got sick and it cost me an additional $300 in vet bills and prescription from a Wednesday to Sunday boarding. But he was safe and made it back to me alive so .
Thank you all for caring for my Bella today, her anxiety level rises when she has to go to the groomers and not only that she had a new groomer today, Jeni came out and made her and I feel relaxed, about her stay there. Thank you so much staff. You are the best. Also she was beautiful when I picked her up.
Our pups are always happy when they return home from their stay. The only thing that would make things easier is if we could leave their leashes there as typically someone else is picking them up for us. Otherwise…:terrific facility!!
