Pet Valu

I would give Jenny 100 stars if I could. I love shopping at this location and at the location at Kings Point Plaza. Jenny the owner is amazing. The staff at both locations are so helpful. Jenny and her staff genuinely care about their customer's needs for their pets. I've been going to Jenny's stores ever since I moved to Brampton a few years ago. I would not trust my pet's needs to any one else except Jenny and her 2 locations. I noticed a negative comment from a customer about a mean man being at the 9445 Mississauga Road store. the customer must be mistaken about the location. Jenny would not allow any of her staff to mistreat a customer. Jenny is passionate about what she offers at both of her store locations. I would highly recommend the Pet Valu store at the kings point plaza location and the Pet Valu location at 9445 Mississauga Road. If I lived in south Mississauga or even Toronto I would travel the distance to purchase my pet's food at Jenny's stores. See for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Drove 20mins to get to this location, and arrived at 8:30pm. The website says it closes at 9pm, which should include the doggy wash, unless otherwise stated, however to my surprise when I arrived they told me that they close the doggy wash area at 8pm. that is completely ridiculous.... I have been to other locations, like the Milton one, and have never experienced this. So inconvenient, what a waste of time. will never go back there and waste my time again. I told the worker they should indicate that the doggy wash closes at 8pm, but she told me headoffice prohibits different business hours to be posted, OBVIOUSLY because they are to be open until 9pm, NOT 8pm.

Store hours show open at 9am but the staff doesn't open until 10am ???? knocked on the door and no one opened the door, Not Impressed At All :(

Really like that I can give my large dog a bath at the store and the staff is very friendly. The staff can be a little pushy with extra sales at the counter
