never been to a pet smart like this .. excellent service and makes you feel welcomed. I always book my dogs grooming here. Victoria, Lisa and the other groomers are very friendly and takes great care of your pets. Love their services

The experience is fine in the store but if you call they will 100% never pick up the phone, its not even a joke. I am currently sitting on hold and had the same experience last month. All I want to know is if the rats there are male or female so I don't have to waste gas in driving there.

This store is very well stocked with lots of variety and the staff are very helpful and easy to find. The only negative is when there's a lot of customers ready to pay they don't always open the second of two check outs. A great place to bring your four legged friend.

Good spot for quick pet supplies. Doesn’t have the strong odour as most locations go. Lacks variety in terms of the variety and typed of fish. That’s all PetSmart in general anyways.

They opened at 7am so I could bring my little girl in for a haircut and nails done, she is not used to strange people. We went in early and she was done in a hour and came out looking great. I highly recommend is Pet Smart on Airport Rd. The staff is great and very friendly.
