I've recently brought my dog Princess in for a bath, that was done by Lisa! It was a good first time experience. My dog was extremely nervous and shaky when I left her, but I watched Lisa make sure she was comfortable by giving her hugs and kisses (which I really appreciated) - she also came back to me fluffy and cute, which I also absolutely loved. I'm giving them a 5 stars only because of LISA. The customer service I received from the employees in the store was absolutely ridiculous. Online showed that the store had doggy birthday hats, which I couldn't locate - as to why I asked someone that worked there for help. & the lady took a good 5 minutes to gather her thoughts, and finally responded and said "Go to the Dollarama next door". I asked another lady because I thought she would be a little more helpful (which was just as useless). The second lady responded "I don't know, we probably don't have those here". So again, 5 stars for Lisa & absolutely no stars for the in store employees!!!

This PetSmart location is one of the best PetSmart locations, would highly recommend it! I came here looking for a new toy for my dogs Sharky McStevenson & Big Hank and I think I got exactly what I needed! My lil' boys chop up Kong Extremes like a hot knife through a seaweed square and I'm really hoping they'll enjoy this! Seems to have the toughness they need to play all day! Thanks to the employees for all their help my experience went swimmingly. 5-Stars!

I have taken my dogs here to get them groomed over the years and I was very satisfied with kailie as the groomer.  Today I needed my dog groomed and she was not available so I thought I would try someone different due to my availability.  That was the worse mistake.  I came in and I was told it would take an hour in total so I hung out around the plaza.  When I went back after an hour I was in the store trying to make eye contact with the manager to ask how much more time was needed so my dog wouldn't see me if I went in the salon.  She totally ignored me after I grabbed her attention. I also could read her lips while she was bad talking about me to her employees.  After checking in twice it turned out to be a horrible outcome.  My dog was shaved as I asked and she didn't touch his head at all.  From the time I left, he has broken out in a rash and chasing his behind and acting very strange, so in other words they did not empty his anal glands and razor burned him.  Overall a horrible experience.

Portion are good. Bread is fresh. Three stars for not liking the taste of chicken kabob.

I was helped a lot from the young lady in the floor. The cashier was very nice also. I will be back in this store.
