Chinchilla Pet Supply Store

Ordered a cage from here and so far, I'm very pleased! Dave has been helpful from the beginning and provided honest service. I specifically requested a particular courier, and he sent me an e-mail notifying me the cost difference just so I was aware of it. My cage arrived in literally a day, which is amazing! Also offer a lot of products that you can't regularly find in pet stores. The only downside is their shipping costs can be quite costly... but some items are okay. Some reason the cage shipping was cheaper than shipping for a 33lb bag of food. If they could find a way to make shipping costs more efficient, I would be ordering from them more often!

The people who own the store are very friendly, accomadating, and knowledgable. They will happily answer any questions you have about your Chinchilla. Orders are usually ready to be picked up or delivered in about a day.

I had found an injured bird and brought it home and needed a cage for it asap. The store says its 24hours so I thought I'd go there since it was 2 in the morning. I called first to see if A) there were small cages available and B) if I could come by and get one. The person that answered was very rude and yelling and even when I apologized for the time and said that the google page said it was opened 24 hours he was even more rude than before. Would not recommend this store at all. Only rating one star because that's the only way I can post this review. Would rate 0 stars.
