We love shopping here! We had incredible customer service from Sam v. I think. He helped us pick out a vest and when the size wasn’t available in-store he ordered it online. We always come back looking for him. He needs to be promoted! Great job

My experience was very unfortunate today at Sportchek. I was trying to get running shoes for a race, and it took 40 minutes to get help from the people in the shoe section. I came right when they opened, and was one of two customers in that section. The shoe associates did not even know I was there, because they were hiding in the back most of the time I was there. Once I did eventually get help though, the associate that helped me was wonderful, he was in the women’s section.

Never bring your valued equipment here, it's the same as taking your Porsche to mr lube. I brought my elan ripstick black edition skis that I bought second hand here for a binding remount. The price was good and I know why. First of all my friend has the same skis and also bought second hand, he took his to barrie sport chek for a remount and was warned about the risks of a remount but still proceeded. When I dropped my skis of there was a clueless kid who didn't know anything about skiing and just took them from me no warning. Im an advanced skier that weighs 240lbs so obviously there will be alot of force on the skis. I took them to blue mountain and the top sheet of the skis started to peel off under the binding heel piece in the same spot on both skis, but the base under the binding is in good shape still. I never crashed hard or hit any rocks. I took them back, and they tried to warranty them through elan but elan denied the warranty due to no receipt. I spoke with an employee over the phone asking if maybe it was an install error and not faulty skis due to the top sheet peeling in the same spot on both skis but they insisted it had nothing to do with their work. Ofc they'd deny any wrongdoing on a $40 service if they are expensive skis

Olga is an amazing cashier. She showed me how to gain extra points through the triangle app instead or scanning my triangle rewards card. She was friendly and helped me activate offers I did not know I could activate! I gained $33.68 in CT money. Great way to save and earn! Thank you for taking the time again Olga!!
