Great sales during Bay days... bought 3 pairs of beautiful boots for just a fraction of the price.. happy day

Staff in cosmetics is ridiculous. Why have a recycling program if no employee wants to help with product recycling? The blonde lady at Dior in her 60s-70s said she would help me with Chanel but you could already tell she did not want to help me at all and only wanted Dior sales. When I asked about product recycling she started making up her own rules when all the previous times I recycle my products I don’t have to worry about anything at any other location. If you just want a Dior sale just say that. I’ve worked at bay myself and the way she was behaving was absolutely disgusting. I will be doing my shopping online at shoppers drug mart instead. Keep losing out on sales because of your unacceptable customer service.

I had a purchase today at Hudson’s Bay upper canada mall .nThe sales person named Mansoureh for Ever New section was very nice and helpful and kind.nShe helped me to find my favorite dress.

Very clean and inviting but I can't help but think they won't be in business in 5 years. It was dead in there, I counted 5 people shopping in the 30 minutes I was there an hour before closing they close at 8pm on a weekday on a Tuesday evening.

The last time I went to The Bay, I found the service at the cosmetic counters not quite up to par, unfortunately . It is a wonderful store, but customer service means alot to me.
