Great staff. Very helpful. Got what I needed for gifts! I gave shopped at other Lululemon stores in the Toronto and York Region area and found thus store to be great!

This location has the worst customer service!! I have been calling for 3 days to speak with someone because I bought a pair of 98.00 about a month and a half and there is already a rip! I drove from Toronto to Newmarket just to get the exact same pair and the girl tells me there’s nothing she can do because I must have ripped them !! By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered !! I was a sales manager for a few years and I would never let a customer leave with a ripped pair of a hundred dollar leggings they just purchased !! This store has completely lost my business !! THEY ARE THE WORST!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had! I shop at lululemon quite often and I purchased a black sweater here about 3 weeks ago, I washed it and it came out with a bunch of water marks front and back of the sweater, the lady working was so rude to me told me that the sweater looked very worn and that it looked like her kids clothes and that I spilt oil all over it, pretty much the whole time I felt like she was telling me I was a liar, she ended up switching the sweater to make me happy but over all I felt very uncomfortable the whole time, I will NOT be shopping here anymore.

Straight up worst customer service (front desk staff) ever out of 8 different Lululemon stores I have been to. They make it very difficult to make exchanges or returns yet when I contacted online resource, it was not even a problem.

I been to many lululemon and this location at this mall is the worst I ever been !! All the staff are miserable and rude here and I was very disappointed that no one wanted to help me when I walked in , they all just looked at me with no smile and turn their heads away .They seem to be more interested in chatting away with each other than helping customers !! Also I wasn't cocasion so they sure showed no interested in helping !
