Spring

A friend of mine bought shoes here and within 1 week the inside of the shoe leaked and dyed his socks black, they were white originally. After hours on hold with customer service and a conversation with the District Manager, they refused to provide a refund. They clearly refuse to stand behind their poduct and will not take accountability for their poorly designed shoes. Just pay the extra bit and shop somewhere more reputable.

I don't know if it was just this one person or if it was just too busy for her to handle, but she was pretty incompetent at her job, as rude as it was to say. I went there on a Saturday afternoon, and whenever I asked to try on shoes she would be in the back room for at least 5 minutes and was inconsistent with sizes, not even bringing the size I asked for or giving me an explanation as to why she did that. She was not very nice and completely turned me off of this location.
