I have always had a positive experience with this Michael Kors location!! The ladies here have always been super friendly and helpful every single time I’ve been to the store. They are even really helpful over the phone when inquiring about an item. I don’t understand why the ratings are so low..... I completely disagree.

HORRIBLE customer service. I was the only one in the store and no one acknowledged me at all. It's fine, your phones are more important I get it ladies.

Purchased a bag and just over the strap broke, they told me 6 weeks I would have to go without a bag so it could be fixed. Horrible service.

I purchased a product using a prepaid Credit Card during the Christmas season for my wife. Spend 250 get $50 off was the deal She decided she wanted a MORE expensive bag however they would not honor the deal and would only give the money back on store credit because you can't put money back on a prepaid Credit card. We do not want a store credit since byt his time I don't want to buy anything from them again however the exchange period was nearing and end so the lady suggested we do an exchange in the meantime to increase the return time starting from the new date while we work on a refund. She then provided a new receipt for $199 as the original purse is now on sale. So now we have the same purse, a receipt for $50 less when trying to return in the future and a waste of time to till fix it all. Over priced store with horrible customer service
