Forever 21

They have cute clothing but their return policy sucks. 95% of the staff are rude, inconsiderate. There has only been a handful of times that the staff there have been decent human beings with actually greeting me or asking for help. Last time I went in there was a debacle. Purchased a pair of shorts and a makeup palette. Go back to my car and see that the price of the palette listed on the receipt is $5 more than the price actually listed on the box of the item. I called them to see if they knew this and demanded my money back and they had the audacity to say that they can't do full refunds only store credit or exchange. Went back in, had to wait for the manager to come back from break and during that time the girl asked again that I wanted the money back and not just store credit? Um yes just give me my $5 back. Somehow to get the $5 refunded back to me it took 45 mins because their card machine was down and they can only do a refund back the way it was purchased. The manager was mediocre in her apology. Finally got my $5 back. I mean at least the palette is good or else I would have been very angry at myself.

Keep in mind their return policy. You will never get a refund, ever. Only exchange or credit. Make sure what you're buying is not damaged and what you want because they don't stand behind what they sell.

Speechless! Perfect place to go broke, you will want to purchase everything in store! Amazing prices, prices you can't avoid! In comparison to other Forever 21 Stores, this one is not that disorganized. Staff seems miserable which is unfortunate

I live this store. I find great unique modern hip clothes and jewelry plus the workers are easy find and they know the store and very professional.

Asking for help here is like writing with a broken pencil, it's pointless. Nice clothes though!
