Sport Chek Southpark Centre

We had good experience there, staff were always willing to help. We were in different departments like men shoes, clothing, fitting room, accessories, asked for different sizes, tried different things on, multiple of price checked, and cashier was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Overall was good.

Huge shoutout to Brandon, the assistant manager at Sport Chek. He completely made my day with his kindness, professionalism, and understanding. I came in with a situation I honestly didn’t expect much help with, and he treated me with genuine empathy and care instead of just treating it like another transaction.nnWhat stood out most was how respectful and solution-focused he was the entire time. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this human. We genuinely love the Reef Cushion sandals and have already bought multiple pairs because they’re that good, so having such a positive experience with the store as well meant a lot.nnSport Chek is lucky to have someone like Brandon on their team. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.

We just visited the SportChek store in South Common. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service in my life. If you want to waste your time waiting for nothing, this is the place for you. Completely incompetent staff make you spend your time, even though you want to leave a significant amount of money in the store.

We had such a great experience at Sport Chek thanks to Jacob! My sister was looking for skates and he was incredibly helpful with sizing and making sure they fit properly. The black ones she wanted were sold out, but Jacob went out of his way to help us get the white ones for the same price, which we really appreciated. He was kind, patient, and made sure we were fully taken care of from start to finish. Amazing customer service thank you, Jacob!

Really disappointing experience in the shoe department. I was in the store for about 30 mins and only got help twice, with no follow-up to see if the sizes worked - and they didn't. I came in ready to buy two pairs of shoes, but the lack of attention and long waits between service were so frustrating that I left without purchasing anything.nThere certainly were staff there, but none seemed interested in working. They were visiting with each other, wandering around aimlessly and honestly appeared to be avoiding doing their jobs.nThis is not the first time that getting shoes to try one seemed like pulling teeth. I will never return here to buy shoes for myself or any of my family.
