Worst experience of my life, was treated with disrespect & my symptoms were disregarded. Lacking in bedside manor doesn’t cover it, it was beyond that and I am extremely disappointed such a person can hold a license let alone have the will to treat another human in horrible pain the way I was treated. I went to a different ENT who was shocked and disturbed that I was written off with “not knowing what a headache is” , not given proper treatment nor insight on my sinus issues. My other doctor actually investigated my painendoscopy & allergy tests, scans and was knowledgeable enough to give me some answers. Looks like surgery is my best option but at least I know what the problem is now.

Just called because I could not find their hours anywhere online. When someone picked up the call, I asked what their normal hours are. The woman replies "uh.. what service?". I wasn't sure how to respond as I was looking to get seen for my ear. So I responded that I was looking to be seen for my ear to which she responds almost like I am inconveniencing her "um well our business hours are 8 to 5". I waited to see if she had anything else to say, like something nice or a change of tone. But nope! Very rude and not welcoming at all. Unfortunate because I was willing to travel here from Idaho. Hopefully Spokane Valley ENT reminds their receptionists that they are the FIRST impression.

My daughter was well taken care of and when she had her tubes put in there were no complications. Everyone is friendly and helpful and answers questions promptly.
