I have worn glasses since the age of 4. This was the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor of any kind. Staff was lovely. Facility was spotless. Use their services and be grateful knowing that there are still people out there doing a great job, without fanfare, and still striving for excellence.
Professionalism always great, along with their skills and outcomes. Would normally give 5 Stars, but they made me wait for the doctor after the initial exam no dilation for 40 min in the small exam room. However, if you are maybe 10 min late, they will charge. Honoring patient’s time schedules should also be important and not make us wait excessively.
Such a great experience. Staff all friendly and helpful at all times. Day of lasik surgery everything went smooth and surgery was a flash and amazing results. Someone who’s had to wear glasses for almost all their life it’s amazing to wake up and see the world clear.
Dr. Chang is wonderful and the entire staff at Empire Eye was amazing. So helpful and friendly and professional. I am now excited about having surgery to remove my cataracts.
Wonderful experience in a beautiful facility. All the staff was very welcoming and kind, the office has all the latest equipment to ensure the best care. I definitely recommend for all patients needing ophthalmology!
I had a consult for my eyelids with Rachel. She was very attentive and had alot of knowledge. Even tho I had to be referred to a different place as my problem was more than they could do I wish they could have helped me as it was a great atmosphere. Very nice place.
I love this establishment. From the time I walk in the door, I feel welcomed and taken care. Everyone is very professional and kind. Melanie does an amazing job!!
Melanie did a great job on my medical Botox and the entire staff was very helpful. I’ve been using services at Empire for the last five years and they have been professional.
Rachel was very helpful in answering my questions. She was also very kind for explaining many products you provide. I especially liked the fact that she said I could call if I had any questions.
Very little wait time once I arrived. The first part of the appointment was a little rocky; some machinery was not working so we moved around. Dr. Huggins was efficient and answered all my questions.
