Horrible bedside assistance. My wife’s mom with a hip injury, had to request that they help my wife up on the table while they watched her struggle. They took several days to get her in for a simple cortisone shot after her initial appointment, all the while she was in severe pain. We will not make future appointments here
Was charged $200 to initiate services; however, that wasn't for this location, turns out it was for a specific doctor, who left very shortly after and now they aren't accepting patients. So, in short, paid $200, saw my doctor twice, he left and now I'm told that Providence Family Medicine will no longer be my provider. If they were to continue to be my provider, it would cost me another $200. Not impressed
One of the best doctors I've ever had. She listens to my needs and arranges my treatments for any condition. Very professional.
After having the same doctor for most of my life, at least 40 years, I went to make an appointment and was told I am no longer in the system because it's been more than 2 years since I went in and that no one would see me. What a disappointment. I cannot believe they would do that to a person who's family still all goes there. I will be looking elsewhere for us all, and not with Providence.
Couldnt ask for a better Primary Care Provider!
