Avoid this company. I bought my first car from them and after three weeks I had a breakdown. I went back there for support but they refused me and said that I had to check myself when I buy. But how could I check I'm not a mechanic. I paid a huge amount to fix the problem at another garage, where I was told that this is how I bought the car and that Auto CB should either fix the problem or offer another car. They love money and are very friendly until you give them the money, but after that they don't want to talk to you and prefer you to leave..... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Worst experience EVER! this was my first time dealing with a big car lot and I will NEVER do it again! Not only did they not listen to my needs or wants but tried to push a vehicle on me despite me telling them i didnt want it and to provide an alternativeoption . They gave me a loaner for the wait which would have been nice if they hadn't stopped communicating with me for 2 weeks. Then they sent me a message to tell me the vehicle I told them I didn't want was ready. When I came in to bring the loaner and see if they had compiled some other options I was told since I didn't want to take the initial vehicle they were going to charge me for the loaner!! When I disputed the charges due to Terrible communicating the owner told me to leave. At least I wasn't charged but what an awful experience!!
BEWARE!!! If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! Once you bought a car from them you are on your own. The cars that they sell are probably all faulty. and can cause you your LIVES. We bought a car last May, we were told that the air bag sensor was broken but the air bag itself was working. Fast forward to today, after four times going there to have it fixed and leaving our car there, we found out that it never worked! They confirmed that we were driving around without a functioning air bag and we need to wait for an accident to happen and probably die until we know that information. The change of the seat because of non-functioning air bag is still not solved and the solution is still not in sight! The most frustrating thing is, they act smug, as if it was our fault. Their script is always, "Yes, but it's not our fault", so whose fault is it then? Ours?!!! You were the ones who sold us substandard car that can cause us our lives!!! The audacity!! It also does not seem like they talk to each other internally to relay messages gathered during a phone call. Every time I call, it is as if it is their first time hearing what my issue is. What I don't understand is, every time, they ask us to come to fix it, only to find out that the seat is not compatible, does not fit and does not work. So why did you ask us to drive there, wait for hours on end, inform us it does not work, and that you don't know when the seat you need will become available and tell us to go home instead? This happened four times that it does not surprise me anymore. THINK A MILLION TIMES BEFORE EVEN BUYING FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Horrible experience, first off when I showed up to leave with my car they left me with 15 km of gas barely a bar, they told me this was normal which is absolutely rediculous, second when I mention a TURN signal was burnt the salesmen proceed to tell me this was normal and that’s how the vehicle was and they can’t do anything about it, they never gave me my inspection sheet that I requested SEVERAL times I tried calling several times and they said they would get back to me and never did, when I checked the air filter it was FILTHY all these things lead to me to assume my vehicle wasn’t even inspected and they just let me leave with a vehicle that can potentially be dangerous extremely unsatifised with my service do not recommend AT ALLLL!!!!

Warning! they sold me a car with worng breaks on it and breaks missing bolts! Beware for your safety! They sold me a car back in April, battery died a couple months in ok this happens the extended warranty I purchased with the car is completely unreachaboe on the weekend. Which left me stuck unable to access the roadside assistance it offers. But this is not the worst part. I start hearing a noise coming from the rear right tier, I take the vehicle in to the one mechanic that the extended warranty covers in Montreal all the way in MTL north. The mechanic there shows me that there are bolts missing on not just one of the breaks but multiple breaks. Not only this but the breakpad that were put on by the dealership were not even the correct break pads for the vehicle and are too small! This lazyness/oversight on CBAuto could have cost lives. Not to mention when I originally purchased the vehicle I had a mechanic look at it he suggested repairs the repairs were not done when I came in even though I called multiple times before to check that they were doing them. Turns out they were working on the wrong car... Should have taken this first red flag and run. Also when I tried to take in my car during the initial 30 day warranty a week before it ending they told me they were busy and would call me back, I contacted them 5 times they never got back to me or even attempted to look at the car while it was under their warranty. The sales person was adamant that anything I need under the first 30 days would be covered. That is not to mentions that the first week of those 30 days was spent with the car in their shop because of their own mistakes....
Looked for a car announced on a website and insists he doesn't have any of the cars I had seen. Not quite up to date better call first. Thanks for your kind return but I found a car.
Great people to work with. Very friendly and get you a car with no trouble. Had issue with car, and they resolved it fast and I was very pleased. Great people. If your looking for a place to get a car, this is the place 5 Star ++++ for sure. Thank you for getting me my car, and I am a happy camper. The mechanic as well is amazing, and friendly. Great experience all together.
