I had a friend who recommended this gym to me two years ago, and I have loved every minute of my training here! Since that I have seen them grow and develop the gym and the new location is just amazing! The owners have put a lot of love into the renovations! Top notch coaches and environment!

Awesome box! Big city quality in a small town, wasn't expecting that. The owners are awesome and the equipment is high quality. We're Olympic lifters and they let us train plus they had actual Olympic lifting bars!! If I was a local this would be my gym.

This gym is an amazing place. Warm welcoming members, caring and knowledgeable coaches and a great environment. Having the women's only classes help if you are nervous about starting, and the coaches are so great about encouraging you within your abilities to push to your limits while keeping you safe. It's basically personal training for a fraction of the price!
