Wanted to book a unit. Couldn’t. They said to call. I did. No answer. Left message. No call back so I called back. Poor reception so I went back to email. They wanted me to email my credit card to reserve the unit. I said o was not comfortable with emailing it. I asked if they could Courtsey call if all units were spoken we would arrive when they open in the morning. We have a 2 hour drive plus load time. They said no, and to call before we left. They are only open 2 hours on Saturday so we would need to know Friday before they closed. We gave up and went to another company that was happy to reserve a unit, took all our info and No run around. Now to start the move and having everything in storage for at least a year
