Public Storage

A marvelous facility! Incredibly clean; well-lit; well-secured; excellent environment controls (re smells, moisture); easy to load and unload; carts available for our use. Security is enhanced by having access via the indoors, rather than directly from the outside. And what really tops the experience is the excellent staff. Angie was on duty the first time we dropped in. Since then, Bob has looked after us. Both have been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Us finding a unit to meet our needs has been their top priority. One example of their helpfulness and attention to our preferences is this: On our first visit, we were so impressed with the facility and knew we wanted to get in there, but our preferred size of unit was not available, so we took a larger one than we needed. Then, when he saw that a unit of our preferred size and location was going to become available, Bob called immediately and we have just now moved to the smaller size. All in all, we are very impressed and highly recommend Kitchener Public Storage.

I have used public storage a couple times and have been pleased with both experiences. Units are clean and staff are excellent and helpful. If needed I will be using public storage again before going anywhere else.

Public Storage was a great and convenient way to store all of our belongings. Bob was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting everything set up and explaining how everything works. The facility was very bright and clean and user friendly. The only downsides were how far our unit was from the entrance requiring us to manually lift everything down a small set of stairs and the initial set up time took longer than expected with the paperwork. Otherwise, a good overall experience.

I was not sure what I needed storage wise. I went to a number of different places. Bob at Kitchener Public Storage was so helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions, took me on a tour of the storage yard and explained how everything worked. On moving day, the staff were helpful and friendly. Every time I go there I am greeted welcomingly and the place is clean. It feels safe and secure and I am glad I chose them to store my stuff.

Great welcoming, helpful, efficient staff. Very secure site. Made us feel VERY comfortable storing valuable items. Very clean facility and easily accessible. Highly recommend.
